“Gdy Liczy się Czas”

We are disenchanting the reality of onco-children! We operate in the field of health and social welfare, implemented by providing assistance to families affected by cancer.

We create, promote and implement programmes aimed at helping families and individuals in difficult life situations and equalising opportunities for these families and individuals. We organise educational and recreational activities for children and young people, especially from families with multiple problems, families with a disabled child and families affected by cancer.

We run events in hospitals in Warsaw, Lublin, Katowice and Kielce. We make children’s dreams come true, we organise rehabilitation trips, we run campaigns Draw an Angel, Beautiful Mum, #OnkoOkno for children with cancer and their carers. We buy things for the wards (e.g. beds for parents, washing machine, dryer, TVs for the rooms). National and regional media have written and spoken about us.

We have been thriving since 2016. We cooperate with the Polish Psychooncological Society, the Onkorodzice.pl portal, the Onkoludki Association, the Association for Children with Blood Diseases and other organisations. We are members of the Coalition of Oncology Patients, the Cluster of Medical and Pro-health Services Medycyna Lubelska, in the association of organisations Network for Health of the Institute for Patient Rights and Health Education.

We see new horizons for action as well as growing needs. Recent times have particularly highlighted the importance of health and support for the sick, so we strive to grow even more every day. Our Facebook Actions are followed by more than 50,000 users. Together with our partners and you, our angels, we are creating a fairy tale and a magical world for children in cancer wards.
